Job Summary

Own and drive Netflix's global marketing localization strategy, including dubbing, subtitling, and accessibility workflows across all regions. Lead a high-performing, globally distributed team of Marketing Producers, setting direction, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative culture. Partner with regional leaders, Marketing, and Global Content Localization teams to implement localization initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with global objectives. Drive standardization of operational workflows, monitor workload distribution, and champion innovation in technology and best practices. Represent the team at industry events worldwide and deliver clear analyses to leadership on market trends and efficiency opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of experience in content localization, dubbing, subtitling, or international versioning for premium TV/film services
  • at least 3+ years managing global, cross-regional, or distributed teams of marketing producers
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and large-scale localization projects in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Deep expertise in dubbing and subtitling workflows, localization tools, and best practices
  • Strong operational management, organizational, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities across cultures and time zones
  • Proven ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence
  • Passion for language, regional authenticity, and delivering an exceptional member experience
  • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and alignment between operational and creative/linguistic leads
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Shows a strong interest in talent development and succession planning
  • Experience with accessibility standards (SDH, Audio Description) and emerging media formats
