Job Summary
Own the content governance system and program cadence that sustain field effectiveness globally. Maintain the ecosystem for asset currentness, tagging, and findability while partnering with instructional designers to govern the build, review, and retirement process. Execute enablement programs across regions to build and sustain field skills, managing timelines, logistics, and concurrent workstreams. Own the operational execution of communications cadence, ensuring content publication, messaging consistency with GTM motions, and seller activation. Support the field through motion changes and strategic pivots by building reinforcement loops, follow-up touchpoints, and adoption tracking. Lead a team of two specialists in instructional design and programs/communications, setting clear priorities and maintaining high output standards. Partner with the digital team on the agentic enablement platform build and enforce standards for content uploads and metadata governance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in sales enablement, revenue programs, or GTM operations
- demonstrated experience managing a team
