Job Summary
Lead the monthly demand planning cycle across regions, business units, and product categories by defining enterprise-level governance, standards, and analytical frameworks. Develop rolling demand plans and planning assumptions supporting short-, medium-, and long-term objectives while establishing KPIs to drive continuous improvement in forecast quality and execution. Integrate statistical forecasts with sales, marketing, and product inputs to challenge commercial assumptions and deliver scenario modeling that guides strategic decisions over a 1–3 year horizon. Establish S&OP cadence and facilitate data-driven discussions to align Sales and Supply Chain, ensuring executive visibility into risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions. Lead a high-performing team through coaching and people development while driving process standardization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
- 15+ years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, or related functions
- Demonstrated experience designing planning processes, leading cross-functional initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders
- Previous people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Anaplan, Salesforce, and data analytics tools
Desired Qualifications
- Master's/MBA
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
- Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or other complex global supply chain environments
