Job Summary
Senior IT/Web lead responsible for architecture, governance, and optimization of Kiniksa's Drupal-based websites hosted on Acquia Cloud. Oversees Drupal core and module upgrades, site performance, accessibility (ADA/WCAG), and SEO; pilots new features (e.g., personalization); explores AI solutions and ensures production adoption; collaborates with Digital Marketing, IT Infrastructure, Legal, and Compliance, and manages third-party web apps (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, OneTrust) for a compliant, scalable web platform. Based in Lexington, MA with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or related work experience
- 5+ years of web development experience with Drupal and Acquia Cloud Platform
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), PHP
- Experience with Acquia Site Studio, Acquia Content Hub, and Drupal theming (Twig)
- Strong understanding of WCAG, performance optimization, and SEO
- Experience with data elements from Google, Meta, Amazon ingested into Snowflake and Tableau
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in changing priorities
- Regulatory compliance awareness (ADA, GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience collaborating with Digital Marketing, IT Infrastructure, Legal, and Compliance
- Technical liaison with external vendors
- DNS configurations and SSL certificate management
- Hybrid work model familiarity
