Job Summary
Develop and execute preventative maintenance strategies to ensure mission-critical data center infrastructure operates reliably and efficiently. Lead technical facilities teams, manage large-scale multi-site maintenance and infrastructure upgrade projects, and oversee contractor and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive corrective actions, support budget planning and cost control, and investigate complex technical issues affecting critical systems. Communicate maintenance priorities and risks to stakeholders across the organization within a 24x7 operational environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience managing technical facilities teams in mission-critical environments
- Experience developing and executing preventative maintenance programs for critical infrastructure systems
- Proven experience leading maintenance, repair, and infrastructure upgrade projects across multiple sites
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers in a critical operations environment
- Strong organizational skills with a systematic and methodical approach to work
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and support reporting requirements
- Ability to work in a 24/7/365 operational environment with a strong focus on achieving results and meeting SLAs
Desired Qualifications
- Degree-level education in a related discipline is preferred
