SR Manager- GCE ( CA )

Implement control frameworks, conduct RCSA and control testing, and investigate incidents while maintaining logs and driving corrective actions. Ensure adherence to IRDAI and internal policies to support audits, manage product and vendor risks, and recommend process enhancements through KRI monitoring and automation. Supervise BRCMs, drive risk awareness across teams, and act as a liaison with business units and control functions. This role supports key initiatives within the GCE (CA) function, focusing on governance, oversight, and continuous improvement of risk management practices.
