Job Summary
Lead regional gaming marketing strategy and activation programs to elevate Red Bull’s presence in gaming culture. Drive large-scale activations, partnerships, and owned properties, while serving as executive sponsor for cross-functional initiatives, managing budgets and timelines. Develop and implement talent-led campaigns with Gaming Player Marketing and Media Network teams, collaborate with Brand/On-P Premise teams, engage gaming communities and influencers, and translate insights into measurable business impact. Maintain deep knowledge of the global and regional esports ecosystem and identify trends to keep Red Bull at the forefront of gaming culture through innovative, ownable concepts and credible partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in gaming/esports marketing with proven success in strategic leadership and large-scale program execution
- deep understanding of the global and regional esports ecosystem (publishers, teams, leagues, and emerging trends)
- ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results
- exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior executives
- people management experience with a proven track record in hiring, training, and motivating teams
- strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets and resource plans
- advanced proficiency in project management and business planning tools; strong presentation and communication skills
- eligibility to work in the United States (U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are authorized to work in the U.S. on a valid visa)
- base salary range specified: $115,280 - $172,920 + cash incentives
