Sr. Manager, FP&A - Watch Maisons

Job Summary
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes for multiple watch brands, ensuring accurate submissions and insightful commentary on financial results. Drive capital expenditure management, sales analysis, and A&P cost reviews to optimize regional profit and cash flow while balancing headcount planning. Monitor brand KPIs, personnel costs, and balance sheet dynamics to provide timely variance analysis and support strategic decision-making. Maintain internal controls and compliance with regional directives, consolidating operating results across the Americas region. Collaborate with local brand presidents, HQ teams, and regional functions to facilitate strategic partnerships and deliver month-end reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or other relevant field
- 8-10 years of FP&A experience
- Solid background in accounting and finance principles
- Extensive knowledge of Excel
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Capability to work with all levels and functions within a matrixed organization
- Detail oriented with keen time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Hands on approach
