Job Summary
Sr. Manager, FP&A – Practice Management leads financial consolidation and analytics for the Practice Management organization, delivering accurate, timely insights to support performance management and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include coordinating financial consolidation, planning, monthly close, rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning; providing executive-ready materials and insights; conducting ad hoc analysis and strategic projects; building flexible financial models; improving reporting efficiency and data integrity; partnering with leadership and FP&A teams; and utilizing financial systems (including SAP, BPC, SAC) and tools (Power BI, Excel) to analyze data and drive decision-making. Requires strong communication skills and experience in healthcare finance, with a focus on oncology practice analytics and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or transformation roles
- Experience in healthcare finance preferred, especially physician practice or specialty care integration
- Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Self-directed
- Ability to influence without authority
- Strong quantitative and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
