Sr. Manager, Foundry Sales Business Development

Job Summary
Generate and drive new accounts from first contact to final onboarding, owning the full sales lifecycle for Hyperscaler and semiconductor clients. Lead contract negotiations, manage RFIs/RFQs, and close complex deals while articulating Samsung's process strengths to drive new business design awards. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, and Technology teams to lead technical pitches and assimilate customer roadmaps into the marketing knowledgebase. Manage sales operations with the support team and influence all levels of the organization to shape the future of the expanding Foundry business. Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA in alignment with our Flexible Work policy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science
- Masters in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science
- 15+ years experience (with Bachelor's)
- 13+ years experience (with Master's)
- 10+ years experience (with PhD)
- 5 to 7+ years' experience in the semiconductor industry
- Logic Foundries experience
- ASIC business models experience
- COT business models experience
- ecosystem partners (IP and OSAT partners) experience
- customer facing role experience
- Proven experience in semiconductor marketing/sales/business development roles
