Job Summary

Sr. Manager of Fixed Income Trade Support leads and directs the FITS team to ensure performance meets standards for service, innovation, and professionalism. Responsibilities include managing the department, driving continuous improvement in processes to reduce risk and increase efficiency, maintaining up-to-date procedures and system guides, staying abreast of regulations, leading training and development, handling escalated issues, and overseeing complex, exception-based deliverables to ensure controls and regulatory adherence. Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant securities/banking/tech experience, securities licenses (7 & 99), proven managerial experience, and strong communication and fixed income trading/regulatory reporting knowledge.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent OR High school diploma or equivalent AND 5+ years of securities, banking, technology and/or job specific industry experience
  • Securities license 7 and 99 (or able to obtain license within 120 days)
  • 5+ years demonstrated and sound managerial experience leading and managing a team
  • Strong understanding of fixed income trading and regulatory reporting processes/requirements
  • Ability to work toward solutions within a complex operating environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
