Job Summary
Senior Manager, Financial Reporting at Nestlé USA leads the monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate reporting to Nestlé S.A., provides leadership across the close and reporting process, accounting, balance sheet analytics, audit readiness, and special projects; drives process improvement, standardization, and digital enablement; partners with tax, legal, treasury, and cross-functional teams; supports M&A activities and carve-outs; builds and leads a high-performing team; emphasizes data quality, automation, and governance to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or finance leadership roles in a complex corporate environment
- Experience in consumer-packaged goods or a similarly complex, matrixed industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, consolidations, and accounting for complex transactions, with experience in GAAP and/or IFRS
- 5-7+ years of people leadership experience is required
