Job Summary
Lead accounting and finance operations governance as Sr Manager, Financial Operations - Wealth in Integrity’s wealth arm. Provide managerial and controller-level oversight of accounting processes; partner with finance leadership to optimize close cycles, financial analysis, and controls using automation and AI tools. Design and implement automation across accounting workflows, build and maintain data integrations between accounting systems and reporting tools, and serve as a finance-side SME for accounting systems. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors during system implementations and upgrades; drive data integrity, reconciliation, and end-to-end data transparency; enable BI/reporting for Finance and leadership; identify practical AI/automation use cases within accounting and finance. Requires a strong accounting background, experience with relevant wealth/portfolio systems, and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions. Working style is primarily in-office with occasional travel; opportunity to influence future accounting operations and automation initiatives within a hyper-growth company. Required Qualifications
- Strong accounting background at manager/senior manager or controller-adjacent level
- Experience with Broker Dealer or Wealth commissions systems and portfolio/performance systems (e.g., Black Diamond)
- Experience in public accounting, complex accounting environments, or Data Analytics functions
- Ability to translate accounting requirements into technical or system solutions
- Experience with AI tool development or governance
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and Technology
- Willingness to travel periodically
- Primarily in-office with flexibility for limited remote work
