Job Summary
Senior finance leader responsible for managing the central CS&L finance team for Europe (MEU region) within Mondelēz International, overseeing all financial processes, coordination with BU CS&L controlling teams, and driving harmonization, efficiency, and continuous improvement in planning, performance management, and cost allocation across MEU markets. You will own data integrity, ensure controls/compliance, partner with MSC leadership, support strategic proposals and decision-making, recruit and develop finance talent, and drive financial excellence across CS&L for the MEU region.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in economics, finance, engineering, management accounting, or applied mathematics
- 10+ years working experience in management accounting / financial planning in a multinational business environment
- Knowledge of US GAAP / International Accounting Standards
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MDLZ applications (FIT/SAC)
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in financial planning and performance management, data structuring/validation, planning and reporting across KPIs
- Leadership experience managing a finance team and partnering with business leaders
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and cost management within CS&L for MEU
- Experience partnering with supply planning and manufacturing networks
- Ability to drive harmonization, benchmarking, and best practices across markets
