Sr. Manager Finance Service

Job Summary
Lead annual Operating Plan and monthly forecasting, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance management to support business objectives. Drive financial visibility into bookings, revenue, and margin by translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Partner with regional service leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve commercial execution, and accelerate profitable revenue growth. Execute cost-to-serve optimization initiatives and lead finance process improvement, automation, and digital transformation efforts to enhance reporting efficiency and decision support capabilities. Work standard hours Monday through Friday in the Massachusetts office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Prior experience in a large global and highly matrixed organization
- Demonstrated business partnership and ability to provide strategic support to senior business leaders
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret, challenge, and communicate complex financial data in support of business decisions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with financial systems and tools
- Solid understanding of business operations, financial controls, and process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking, including the ability to interpret trends, benchmark performance, and draw insights from ambiguous data
- Ability to identify control gaps and implement effective mitigation strategies

- Advanced degree or certification preferred (MBA, MS, CPA)
