Job Summary
Lead FP&A across the Japan business as Sr. Manager, Finance. Responsibilities include leading AOP / QBR / STRAP / MBR forecasting, monitoring and analyzing financials with monthly and quarterly reporting (revenue, gross margin, OPEX, KPI's, CAPEX), performing data analysis, and communicating complex topics. Develop high-quality presentations, identify risks & opportunities, and build a high-performing team. Requires an advanced degree with 6+ years (or a Bachelor's with 8+ years) in progressive finance; strong Excel, ERP, PowerPoint, and Hyperion skills; excellent verbal/written communication and proven business partner capability.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience in progressive finance including financial planning & analytics, reporting and analytics; or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience
- Proficiency in Excel (financial models), ERP (or equivalent), PowerPoint, and Hyperion
- Proven verbal and written communication skills; strong business partner and influencer capabilities
