Job Summary
The Sr Manager, Field Service Operations will provide leadership for Otis Elevator Company's maintenance business in the San Francisco territory. Responsibilities include driving field efficiency and quality improvements, managing maintenance completion metrics, leading diversity initiatives in hiring, and providing training and support to the Maintenance operations team. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in the elevator or service-oriented industry, including financial understanding and leadership skills. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years elevator industry management experience strongly preferred
- 5 years of experience or 10 years of equivalent experience in maintenance
- 5+ years people leadership experience in the elevator industry or related industry
- Proven experience in understanding financial statements and commercial contracts
