Job Summary
Execute field marketing strategies to drive guest traffic, trial, and community engagement across assigned regions. Develop scalable programs for grand openings, local store marketing, and regional campaigns while partnering with Operations, Digital Marketing, and Franchise Development teams. Manage the field marketing budget effectively, track program performance, and provide insights to leadership. Build strong relationships with franchisees, serve as a marketing liaison to regional leadership, and lead local community initiatives and PR activations. This role requires up to 40% travel and reporting into a Sr. Director of Field Marketing. Shape the field marketing function during an exciting stage of growth for a beloved global bakery brand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing or Regional Marketing roles
- Experience at a major consumer brand (food, beverage, or retail)
- Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners and franchise operators
- Hands-on equal parts strategic leader and scrappy doer, knowing how to build scalable systems, yet not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Analytical mindset comfortable using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance
- Willingness to travel regularly (up to 40%) across assigned region and nationally for key initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A passion for food and an understanding of customer trends in the bakery market
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint
