Job Summary
Senior Manager Field Execution for The Home Depot Outside Pro Sales leads development and execution of sales strategies to boost outside sales productivity across the Western Division. Collaborates with the Sr. Director for the East & West and Outside Sales Directors; partners with Pro Sales Managers and Field Directors to diagnose sales gaps via data analytics and field rides-along activities, runs cadence meetings and business reviews, drives gap-closure plans, and supports Pro Sales Managers to accelerate results. Focus areas include sales management processes, onboarding and upskilling, KPI tracking and ROI of enablement investments, curriculum development with Learning teams, and ensuring new programs and capabilities are integrated into the Selling Depot Model. Requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with travel and field presence to influence field teams and drive accountability across Pro Outside Sales.
