Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Service Field Engineering to provide technical support and guidance to field associates across elevator service, training, field education, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, providing technical direction to branch staff, delivering training and field education, conducting site visits within the assigned territory, and leading efforts to improve field service quality and problem resolution. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, travel as needed, and familiarity with Otis products and field operations.
