Job Summary
Lead a team responsible for the strategy, delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of critical enterprise applications, including JD Edwards. Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to identify business needs, manage the enterprise applications roadmap, and deliver scalable technology solutions. Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors to plan and deliver system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and deployments while overseeing application governance, change management, and system documentation. Provide hands-on application administration and support, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive end-user adoption through training and process improvement. Manage multiple projects and priorities across a global, geographically dispersed environment, supporting budget planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology with responsibility for enterprise applications and business systems
- Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-wide applications in a complex business environment
- Strong experience with JD Edwards ERP and related business processes
- Strong technical aptitude across SaaS and enterprise applications
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and application governance
- Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and managed service providers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated curiosity for emerging technologies and continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting global organizations and geographically distributed teams is preferred
