Sr Manager - Enterprise Risk Management

Job Summary
Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management to support execution of UGI’s enterprise-wide risk program by conducting risk assessments, developing and enhancing risk frameworks, and coordinating cross-functional risk activities across global units. Serves as operational partner to the VP Global Risk and Compliance, identifying, evaluating, and monitoring enterprise risks while driving risk awareness and mitigation. Responsibilities include preparing regular risk reporting and dashboards for the VP Global Risk and Compliance and Risk Committees; governance, monitoring, scenario analyses, stress testing, and modeling; embedding risk practices with business units; managing GRC platform and related tools; mentoring Risk Champions and staff; leading crisis management and business continuity efforts; and facilitating training and communications to broaden risk awareness. Travel to business unit locations as required; strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential; bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience required; master’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, or related fields, with at least years in a global or multi-business unit environment preferably within the energy sector
- CRMA, CPA, CISO, or other equivalent industry-specific risk or compliance certification preferred
- Ability to travel to business unit locations as required for business operations and industry engagements
