Job Summary
Sr Manager, Finance Operations at NeoGenomics leads and develops the Enterprise Operations finance function, partnering with Logistics, Supply Chain, Strategic Agility and Facilities to deliver FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning. Responsibilities include building financial models for investments and savings, driving productivity improvements, managing a team of finance professionals, presenting financial results to executives, ensuring adherence to US GAAP, and championing AI and data analytics across Operations Finance. The role requires leadership experience, strong Excel and Tableau skills, the ability to influence cross-functional partners, and a focus on cost optimization, capital investments, and value realization. Travel up to 10% within the US is expected. Location: Aliso Viejo, California (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven success supporting business partners, with prior experience supporting enterprise operations departments considered a plus
- Proficient in Excel with a solid knowledge of data and model building; proficient in utilizing dashboard tools (Tableau preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude and taking initiative to engage and align with executive leaders
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Up to 10% travel (within the US)
