Job Summary
Run the day-to-day operating responsibilities of Versant's enterprise AI center of excellence, including governance, prioritization, coordination, and shared learning. Translate enterprise AI priorities into clear operating rhythms, intake processes, and decision forums to help define the company's AI operating model. Partner with business, transformation, and technology teams to identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities aligned to strategic goals while establishing standards for practical, scalable usage. Support the rollout and adoption of AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, quality, and efficiency across functions, tracking impact and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Serve as the central point of coordination to surface tradeoffs and dependencies required to scale AI effectively and deliver measurable business value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Technology, Operations, Strategy, Transformation, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, strategic operations, consulting, program leadership, or related roles
- Strong understanding of workflow design, business process change, and enterprise technology enablement
- Experience driving cross-functional operating model, workflow, or transformation initiatives at the enterprise level
- Ability to translate emerging technical capabilities into practical business applications and operational improvements
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for execution and follow-through
- Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in dynamic environments with evolving priorities and emerging technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting rollout of new workflow tools or AI-enabled operating practices
- Experience in enterprise transformation, operating model design, or change execution across complex organizations
- Experience in media, entertainment, broadcast, or technology environments
- Familiarity with workflow design methods, business process improvement approaches, and value realization frameworks
