Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end delivery of power to all Games venues by coordinating with external utility providers, venue owners, and temporary power providers to ensure successful electrical operations. Manage the design, development, construction, and decommissioning of temporary electrical infrastructure, including medium and low voltage systems, while overseeing equipment procurement, international logistics, and digital asset tracking. Develop rigorous testing plans, load-bank protocols, and lock-out tag-out procedures to guarantee grid stability and safety, and establish training syllabi with trade schools to build a local talent pipeline. Serve as the primary liaison for facility owners to negotiate equipment placement and manage complex labor contracts, ensuring compliance with union mandates and security accreditation requirements.
