Job Summary
Senior Manager responsible for end-to-end OtC process governance and performance across global operations. Lead process standardization, governance, control, and continuous improvement across the OtC value stream (customer master data, order entry, billing, deductions and disputes, collections, cash application, and reporting). Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, and Digital/IT to ensure efficient, compliant, scalable processes aligned to business priorities. Drive process harmonization across sub-processes, identify inefficiencies and revenue leakage, establish and monitor KPIs, support digital enablement, lead root-cause analysis, ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance, and drive change management and adoption of standardized ways of working. Provide leadership and coaching for team members and maintain adherence to internal controls and global regulations. Eligible locations include Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Raritan, NJ; Zuchwil, Switzerland; Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, digital systems, or governance
- Strong knowledge of OtC processes, controls, and performance drivers (billing, collections, deductions, cash application, customer master data)
- Experience leading process transformation, governance, or continuous improvement in global environments
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- ERP platforms and digital tools enabling OtC processes and reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Agile or PMP/PPMC certifications (preferred)
- Experience with regulated environments (medical devices, life sciences) and requirements such as GxP and SOX (preferred)
- Travel up to 10–20%, domestic and international
- English language proficiency
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certifications (preferred)
- Background in process optimization, risk management, or digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of data governance, integration architecture, or ecosystem platforms
