Sr. Manager, Ecosystems Governance

Senior-level role overseeing end-to-end Order to Cash process governance across global operations. Lead standardization, governance, controls, and continuous improvement across the OtC value stream (customer master data, order entry, billing, deductions and disputes, collections, cash application, reporting). Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, and Digital/IT to ensure efficient, compliant, scalable processes aligned with business priorities. Drive process harmonization across OtC sub-processes, establish KPIs and performance metrics, support digital enablement, lead root-cause analysis, and ensure audit readiness. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 8–10 years of progressive experience in related fields; preferred Master’s degree. Travel up to 10–20% (domestic/international). Global leadership and governance capabilities with strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills; experience with ERP/digital tools and regulated environments (GxP/SOX) is desirable.
