Job Summary
Senior-level governance role leading end-to-end Order to Cash process design, governance, and performance framework across global operations. Owns global process standards, policies, controls, and decision rights; drives process harmonization across sub-processes (customer master data, order entry, billing, deductions and disputes, collections, cash application, reporting). Partners with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, and Digital/IT to ensure efficient, compliant, scalable processes. Leads root-cause analysis, identifies process inefficiencies and revenue leakage, and drives continuous improvement with measurable KPIs. Facilitates governance forums, supports audit readiness and regulatory compliance, and leads change management to embed standardized ways of working. Provides leadership and development for team members supporting OtC process excellence; ensures adherence to DePuy Synthes values and global regulations. Strong emphasis on influencing cross-functional stakeholders, data-driven decision making, ERP/digital tooling, and a background in process optimization within regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Preferred Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
- Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, digital systems, or governance-related roles with leadership responsibilities
- Proven success leading process transformation, governance, or continuous improvement in complex global environments
- Strong knowledge of core OtC processes (billing, collections, deductions, cash application, customer master data)
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate issues into practical solutions
- Experience with ERP platforms and digital tools enabling OtC processes, reporting, and automation
- Strong communication and executive presence; ability to connect operational detail to business impact
- Preferred: SC&O systems, ERP, advanced planning, logistics, or supply chain execution platforms; familiarity with GxP and SOX; Agile or PMP/PPMC certifications
- Experience partnering with external technology vendors and service providers
- Background in process optimization, risk management, or digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of data governance, integration architecture, or ecosystem platforms
- English required; additional languages a plus
- Travel: Up to 10–20%, domestic and international
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related digital/systems certifications preferred
