Sr. Manager, Ecosystems Governance

Job Summary
Senior leadership role overseeing end-to-end OtC process governance and ecosystem governance across a global enterprise. Own and harmonize global process standards, policies, controls, and KPI frameworks; drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, and Digital/IT to ensure efficient, compliant, scalable processes. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for process issues, support audit readiness and regulatory requirements, and drive change management to embed standardized ways of working. Responsibilities span customer master data, order entry, billing, deductions and disputes, collections, cash application, and performance reporting, with a focus on improving cycle times, data quality, working capital outcomes, and customer experience. Requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or governance, with strong ERP knowledge, stakeholder influence, and experience in global, matrixed environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, digital systems, or governance related roles
- Experience leading process transformation, governance, or continuous improvement in complex global environments
- Strong knowledge of OtC processes, controls, and performance drivers (billing, collections, cash application, customer master data)
- Experience with ERP platforms and digital tools; strong analytical and communication skills
- Preferred: PMP/Lean Six Sigma; familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, SOX) and data governance
