Job Summary
Senior-level governance lead responsible for end-to-end OtC process design, governance, and performance across global operations. Develop and maintain global process standards, policies, controls, and decision rights to improve consistency, compliance, and scalability across OtC sub-processes (customer master data, order entry, billing, deductions, disputes, collections, cash application, reporting). Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, and Digital/IT to ensure efficient, compliant, scalable processes; drive cross-functional improvements, root-ccause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions; monitor KPIs and service performance; support digital enablement and technology alignment; lead change-management and adoption; provide leadership and development for team members; adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements. This role requires collaboration across Raynham, MA; Loughbeg Ringaskiddy, Cork; Zuchwil, CH; Ringaskiddy, Cork; West Chester, PA; Raritan, NJ, with focus on standardized, end-to-end OtC governance across global operations. The base compensation ranges, travel up to 10-20%, and benefits are provided per location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Preferred Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
- Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, digital systems, or governance related roles
- Strong knowledge of OtC processes, controls, and performance drivers (billing, collections, deductions, cash application, customer master data)
- Experience leading process transformation, governance, or continuous improvement in complex global environments
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results in a matrixed organization
- Experience with ERP platforms and digital tools supporting OtC processes, reporting, and automation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Preferred: background in regulated environments (GxP, SOX); Agile or PMP/PPMC certifications
- Experience partnering with external technology vendors and service providers
- Background in process optimization, risk management, or digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of data governance, integration architecture, or ecosystem platforms
