Job Summary
Senior FP&A/Director-level role leading global FP&A from Bengaluru, partnering with R&D and business leaders, acting as country controller for India, driving the annual operating plan, forecasts, and variance analysis; building driver-based models for revenue, gross margin, and capex; leading pricing, profitability reviews, and unit economics; driving India R&D expense planning and statutory close support; supporting board reporting, investor relations materials, and earnings prep for a US listing; coaching analysts and building a finance team in India; requires CPA/CFA/MBA with 10–15 years in FP&A or strategic finance in tech/semiconductor or related fields; startup environment experience and ability to influence senior leaders with data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- CPA, CFA, or MBA required.
- 10–15 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience.
- Technology industry FP&A or strategic finance experience, or an engineering degree combined with an MBA.
- Ability to operate effectively in a startup environment with ambiguity and limited structure, including building processes from scratch without established playbooks.
- Strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business partnering capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence senior business leaders through data-driven insights and sound financial judgment.
- Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort working with large datasets.
