Job Summary
Sr Manager, Visual Design to drive visual execution across Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast DTC ecosystem — from ecommerce storefronts and mobile merchandising to paid social, email, and campaign landing pages — shaping how fans experience and shop our brands online. This is a player/coach role where you'll grow a team of designers while staying hands-on for key launches and high-visibility moments. The role requires collaborating with UX/UI, Merchandising, Product, and Engineering; maintaining Figma libraries; contributing to design system governance; and delivering scalable, conversion-optimized assets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Three days per week in the Boston, MA office.
Required Qualifications
- 8 or more years of experience in visual, digital, or brand design within DTC, ecommerce, CPG, or agency environments
- 3 or more years of experience managing or mentoring designers
- Portfolio demonstrating quality digital work across ecommerce, paid social, email, and mobile platforms
- Expertise in mobile-first and responsive design
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working in performance-driven marketing environments
