Job Summary

Partner with Product, Offer, Risk, Supervision, Compliance, and Technology teams to modernize ways of working, identify friction points, and support adoption of tools, playbooks, and practices that improve product execution. Coach product teams, facilitate communities of practice, and share lessons learned to strengthen product practices at scale. Help teams apply AI-enabled workflows in practical, responsible ways while ensuring product practices align with governance expectations in a regulated environment. Drive adoption of new frameworks and processes through influence and cross-functional partnership. Work on-site in the specified location. Requires 8+ years in product management within financial services or a regulated industry. Full-time, U.S. work authorization required.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, digital product management, or a related field
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, brokerage, advisory services, or another regulated industry
  • Experience applying AI tools, Generative AI, or AI-enabled workflows within a product, business, or operational context
  • Experience strengthening product practices, including research, planning, prioritization, roadmap development, decision-making, or product execution
  • Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or upskilling product teams, leaders, or cross-functional partners
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools, frameworks, processes, or ways of working through influence and cross-functional partnership
  • Experience communicating insights, progress, recommendations, and decisions to senior leaders or executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Supervision, Technology, or similar functions in a regulated or governance-driven environment
  • Strong facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling repeatable capability programs, playbooks, training, communities of practice, or knowledge-sharing forums
  • Experience leading product transformation, process improvement, or organizational effectiveness initiatives
  • Series 7 license
  • Advanced degree in a related field
