Job Summary
Lead global analytics strategy and a cross-functional team to drive digital performance across an eCommerce environment. Translate business goals into an actionable digital analytics roadmap; deliver regular insights to leadership; develop a global analytics team across regions; generate and present customer, product, and performance insights; define measurement frameworks and KPIs for new digital initiatives; automate reporting to improve efficiency; measure impact of site changes and customer experience; own recurring performance reviews; analyze product performance including inventory, pricing, and assortment; deliver ad hoc analyses on campaigns and outages; partner with data teams to enhance analytics platforms and enable personalization strategies across teams; forecast performance and support planning utilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of experience in digital analytics
- 4+ years of people leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Power BI
- Strong business acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with web analytics tools and testing methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and database systems
- Experience in data-driven environments where analytics informs business strategy
