Job Summary
Seeking a Sr. Manager for Demand & Supply at Samyang America to lead demand and supply planning strategies, ensure product availability, and support global expansion initiatives across diverse markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Systems Management Engineering and Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management within global or multi-site environments.
- Proven leadership in S&OP processes and regional/global supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP (ECC/S4HANA), APO, and BI systems; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG or food industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Korean proficiency is a plus.
