Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Deal Initiation to Customer Activation leads end-to-end deal lifecycle design and execution from initiation through customer activation. Responsibilities include defining and enforcing governance for deal structuring, approvals, and billing readiness; accelerating cycle time; eliminating friction across quoting, contracting, and billing setup; partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and GTM Ops to ensure compliance and faster time-to-revenue; embedding workflows in CPQ, CRM, and contract tools; building scalable playbooks; and delivering policy-driven, scalable deal lifecycle engines with fast, predictable approvals and accurate activation. Requires 7–10+ years in GTM Ops/Sales Ops/Commercial Ops, deep Q2C experience, and hands-on ability to design and scale processes in a fast-growing environment; proficient in CPQ, CRM, billing, and contract systems; strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years in GTM Ops, Sales Ops, or Commercial Ops
- Deep experience with Quote-to-Cash / deal lifecycle processes
- Proven ability to build and scale processes in fast-growing environments
- Strong understanding of scalable processes at scale
- Experience with CPQ, CRM, billing, and contract systems
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work through complex, ambiguous problems with patience and persistence
