Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Days Warehouse responsible for achieving safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse by leading Warehouse Managers and hourly staff, coaching and developing personnel, ensuring safe and compliant operations, managing workflow, and optimizing processes for accuracy and efficiency. The role emphasizes safety-first culture, inventory control, adherence to OSHA/HACCP standards, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive performance, with occasional travel and a Monday–Friday days shift; candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills, and experience with WMS and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: leadership, communication, people development
- Familiarity with OSHA, HACCP and other regulatory requirements
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Travel: 10% travel required
