Job Summary
Lead teams of Datacenter Technicians and Field Engineers delivering on-site support, installations, and proactive services across Thailand to meet 24x7 service levels. Drive customer satisfaction, identify business opportunities, and mitigate operational gaps while serving as the primary point of contact for escalated issues and diverse situations. Facilitate significant communication internally and externally to influence functions and senior management. This role requires a proven leader with extensive data center exposure in hyperscale environments, strong technical acumen, and experience in hiring and mentoring staff.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leader of large, diverse teams in mission-critical IT environments
