Job Summary
Canoe Intelligence is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Delivery to lead operational execution in alternative investment data management. Requires 5-7 years experience, with a collaborative approach to drive strategic initiatives across teams. Salary range $150,000 - $175,000 plus bonus and equity. Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of total experience, including 1-2 years post-MBA in consulting, private equity, or execution-oriented investing roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently.
- Highly collaborative with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Data, and Client Services.
- Player-coach mentality for mentoring junior team leads and analysts.
- Proven ability to own and deliver cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Deep familiarity with private markets and LP-facing workflows.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with fund administration, alternative assets, or downstream analytics in private markets.
- Experience with data extraction tools, human-in-the-loop workflows, or AI/ML-enabled systems.
- Strong change management and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience working with large data sets.
