Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Data Analytics in Internal Audit at Alcon Fort Worth, TX. Leads the design, build, and operationalization of analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance risk detection, accelerate audit execution, and expand assurance coverage. Develops risk identification analytics, data-driven sampling, automated testing and monitoring, and dashboards for audit planning, scoping, issue tracking, and control performance. Partners with stakeholders to translate business processes into analytics requirements, builds scalable continuous auditing capabilities, and applies AI concepts to streamline Internal Audit and Internal Controls processes. Requires strong data analytics skills (incl. Alteryx, SQL, Python), familiarity with AI/machine learning tools, data visualization, and project management, plus ability to communicate with senior management. Travel up to 15%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
- 3+ years in a data analytics/Artificial Intelligence role
- Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: Alteryx, SQL, Python skills
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning and generative AI tools
- Knowledge of SAP
- Strong project management skills
- Travel: up to 15%
