Job Summary
Sr Manager CRM leads end-to-end CRM lifecycle across push, email, in-game surfaces, and other channels; owns the messaging strategy and calendar, aligns with live ops events and feature releases; translates product/live ops plans into actionable communication strategies, and serves as the single source of truth for outbound player messaging. Responsibilities include leading creative and messaging across CRM channels, developing high-performing templates and copy, partnering with design, and ensuring brand voice consistency; influences product design and event timing with Live Ops, designs experiments and analyzes campaign performance to optimize engagement, retention, and lifetime value; actively participates in stand-ups and live ops planning, maintains deep understanding of the player experience, and collaborates with Product, Live Ops, and Marketing to drive lifecycle strategies across segments (new, active, lapsing, VIP, conversion-focused cohorts). Required experience includes deep CRM and lifecycle capabilities in midcore mobile games, proficient use of Braze/Iterable, strong writing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or growth roles with hands-on channel execution
- Proven experience in midcore mobile games
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to write compelling, high-performing copy
- Experience managing editorial or communication calendars in live service environments
- Comfortable working within sprint-based development and influencing product decisions
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable) and lifecycle orchestration
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and optimization
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
