Job Summary
Sr. Manager, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing leads lifecycle strategy across CRM and owned channels, driving engagement, retention, and revenue growth through always-on lifecycle programs. Builds scalable lifecycle programs connecting customer intent signals to personalized, conversion-focused experiences over time. Responsibilities include owning lifecycle strategy, building journeys based on behavior and milestones, optimizing omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push), driving personalization, collaborating with Creative teams, managing agency partners, leading testing and optimization, analyzing data to identify friction points and growth opportunities, and evolving lifecycle infrastructure with segmentation and automation. Qualifications include 5+ years in CRM/lifecycle roles, strong segmentation and personalization experience, hands-on email/SMS/push execution, analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and preferred bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, database marketing, or customer engagement roles
- Proven experience building and optimizing lifecycle programs across acquisition, onboarding, retention, loyalty, and win-back strategies
- Strong background in segmentation strategy, personalization, CRM infrastructure, and lifecycle roadmap development
- Experience developing and growing loyalty programs through customer communication strategies
- Hands-on experience executing and measuring email, SMS, and push notification campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Proven ability to turn strategy into execution and drive programs from concept through optimization
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience within omnichannel, DTC, retail, or consumer-focused environments preferred
