Job Summary
Senior Manager, Credit & Accounts Receivable lead the end-to-end credit and AR function for Masimo, including risk management, collections strategy, and optimization of DSO, spanning teams in Irvine, CA and India. Drives policy enforcement, cash application, billing accuracy, and AR forecasting; partners with Sales, Legal, Operations, and Finance to align risk with growth. Oversees credit limits, high-risk accounts, and remediation efforts; champions process improvements, automation, and SOX-compliant controls across order-to-cash. Requires leadership of a global AR team, strong financial analysis, familiarity with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Workday), and experience in regulated, B2B environments; preferred background in medical device/healthcare, plus ASC 606 knowledge and experience with M&A integrations. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, operational excellence, and strategic collaboration to enable scalable business growth.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or order-to-cash functions.
- 5+ years of experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of credit risk management, AR controls, collections strategies, and dispute resolution.
- Experience operating in a complex, B2B, global, or regulated environment.
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday Financials) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
