Job Summary
Senior-level creative leadership role responsible for complex creative strategies across channels to drive acquisition, retention, and go-to-market for new products/capabilities. Leads and develops the in-house and external creative team, partners with media, CX, product, and compliance, writes and guides creative briefs, and oversees concepting and execution of campaigns to elevate brand and achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related creative field or equivalent work experience
- 8-10 years of experience in creative leadership role
- at least 5 years managing a creative team
- proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creators
- ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- experience in collaborating with external agencies and internal teams
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to develop and execute creative strategies that align with overall brand and marketing goals
