Job Summary
Oversee facilities operations and workplace services across the corporate regional portfolio, managing maintenance, space planning, capital projects, and stakeholder relationships. Lead a team of 4–7 professionals through performance management, coaching, and succession planning while driving department efficiency initiatives. Manage annual operating budgets and capital plans totaling approximately $3M per region, including forecasting, financial reporting, and vendor contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and environmental regulations while overseeing technology stack management for the region. Report to the department Director, interface with business partners, and maintain 10% travel. Based in Pleasanton, CA, this role supports a company committed to customer service and lasting relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in business-oriented program
- 8-10 Years Experience in the Facilities and Office Services Industry
- Strong people leader with a passion and proven ability for ensuring their teams growth and ongoing development
- A tenured facility professional committed to customer excellence, process optimization and is highly adaptable
- Excellent understanding and proven ability to plan, forecast, own and manage capital and operating excellence
- Strong leader with a sound balance of being a part of a great team
- Facilities professional with a one team one way mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Desired Qualifications
- IFMA, BOMI Certification is a plus
- Educational requirements: 4-year degree in business-oriented program, construction management or facility management is preferred
