Job Summary
Lead a high-performing engineering team delivering healthy infrastructure with optimal performance configuration for strategic AI/ML customers. Drive end-to-end technical customer execution including POCs, technical troubleshooting, and post-sale support. Build automated solutions for provisioning, configuring, and monitoring AI/ML infrastructure to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Optimize infrastructure performance for mission-critical GPU clusters powering the next generation of AI. Work closely with customers and internal engineering organizations to ensure exceptional reliability and scalability.
