Job Summary
Own enterprise-wide compensation analytics, including market benchmarking, total comp budget forecasting, and the analytical backbone for major program decisions. Lead the Compensation function's AI and data strategy while partnering with Finance teams on cash and equity budget modeling. Track market trends across cash, equity, and total rewards to inform competitive intelligence and quarterly business reviews. Provide thought partnership on major comp program design and company-wide strategic problems. Transform raw, complex data into actionable insights and operational tooling, ensuring highest standards for data governance, privacy, and security. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex pay challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to transform raw, complex data into insights, tooling, and recommendations
- Advanced capabilities in gSheets and Excel
- Strong working fluency in SQL
- Experience with BI / analytics platforms
- Solid foundation in job architecture
- Knowledge of comp frameworks
- Experience with market pricing
- Knowledge of year-end and midyear pay cycles
- Knowledge of global compensation practices
- Knowledge of pay-for-performance design
- Ability to balance deep comp knowledge with business solutioning from a first-principles viewpoint
- Comfortable leading conversations with Finance and senior leadership
- Ability to navigate competing priorities and opinions
- Support sensitive, high-stakes compensation decisions with sound judgment and data-backed recommendations
Desired Qualifications
- Python and hands-on experience applying AI to comp analytics
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with AI/BI platforms
- Genuine enthusiasm and sound judgment for how AI can responsibly transform compensation work
- Sharp instinct for data privacy, governance, and the downstream implications of how sensitive data is handled
