Job Summary
Lead enterprise compensation strategy, governance, and annual planning cycles while overseeing job architecture, market pricing, and incentive administration. Leverage analytics and market intelligence to assess organizational needs, develop recommendations for workforce planning, and ensure data integrity across compensation systems and technology platforms. Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and executive stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance with regulations, and optimize process efficiency. Required to travel up to 5% of the time for meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of compensation or total rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- Master's degree plus 6 years of compensation or total rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 12 years of compensation or total rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of Gallo HR experience to include 6 years of compensation or total rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- Master's degree plus 6 years of Gallo HR experience to include 4 years of compensation or total rewards experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
- Managerial or supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge of compensation strategy, market pricing, job evaluation, and compensation administration practices
- Experience leading compensation systems, technology solutions, and process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Experience consulting with business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and executive stakeholders
- Knowledge of compensation compliance requirements, wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and compensation governance practices
- Experience managing large datasets and developing actionable business insights
- Advanced spreadsheet and reporting tool proficiency
- Strong communication, presentation, influence, and project management skills
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Required to be 18 years or older

- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
- Experience supporting executive compensation, equity administration, international compensation, or sales compensation programs
