Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of BHGRE's integrated communications strategy to elevate visibility among consumers and real estate professionals. Identify and develop compelling narratives positioning the brand and its leadership as trusted voices on industry trends. Drive earned media programs across top-tier outlets and manage external PR agencies to increase brand share of voice. Oversee franchise network communications initiatives, ensuring timely content distribution aligned with brand priorities while incorporating network feedback. Prepare executives and professionals for interviews, speaking engagements, and media opportunities. Serve as a strategic liaison to senior leaders, providing expert counsel on messaging and reputation management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, brand communications, or integrated marketing communications, either in-house or agency-side
- Demonstrated success leading national PR programs, media relations initiatives, and executive thought leadership strategies
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Experience counseling senior executives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing agency partners
- Strategic thinker with strong instincts, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
- Location: Madison, NJ or New York City (In-Office)
