Job Summary
Sr. Manager, Commercial Systems & Strategy responsible for owning Salesforce and the broader commercial technology stack, designing scalable system solutions, and driving data-driven decision making to enable growth. Key duties include optimizing the commercial lifecycle, partnering with Sales/Service/Finance/Operations, developing enterprise dashboards and analytics, leading end-to-end delivery of system initiatives, and enabling targeted lead generation and pipeline expansion through data insights. Requires cross-functional collaboration, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, experience with enterprise systems and automation, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable process improvements. Location: Westford, MA with remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Experience leading system or process transformation initiatives from concept through execution
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM sufficient to evaluate capabilities (not required to configure)
- Experience translating business requirements into process improvements
- Proven ability to partner across Sales, Finance, Operations and IT to drive alignment and execution
- Strong systems thinking and analytical capabilities
- Project management discipline with ownership of timelines, deliverables and outcomes
